Halk Insurance Selects Adacta's AdInsure for Enhanced Market Adaptability and Swift Product Innovation
Amsterdam-Ljubljana and Skopje, 10.8.2023 – Halk Insurance, a North Macedonian non-life insurer, has selected Adacta, a leading insurance solutions provider, aiming to rejuvenate its IT infrastructure and reinforce its position in the market. This collaboration underscores Halk Insurance's commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to deliver superior value to its clients and stakeholders.

A primary focus of this partnership is addressing Halk Insurance's pressing business challenges. Furthermore, the rapidly changing market dynamics demand a more agile response mechanism, and Halk Insurance aims to significantly reduce its reaction time to these market fluctuations. A pivotal aspect of the project is to expedite the configuration and delivery process for custom-made and innovative insurance products. While the project that started in early 2023 focused initially on the implementation and configuration of standard processes, the production of software solutions designed to support the Non-Life insurance portfolio is planned for 2024.
Regarding product diversification, Halk Insurance is set to bolster its offerings by including insurance products in all non-lifelines of business. This will be supported by implementing several AdInsure business modules, including Party & Operations, Sales, Product and Policy Management, Claims, Commissions, Accounting, and Billing & Collection.
